Metal Deck manufactured by us has standard 3” (76mm) depth, and 24” (610mm) width. We manufacture Metal Deck in five different thicknesses namely 0.75mm, 0.910mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, and 1.5mm. Length of the deck panel shall be as per customer requirements but upto 10 meter length.
Uniformity of our deck profile is ensured by our modern completely automatic CNC controlled machines. Our Metal Deck profile has sufficient indentations and deformation to provide composite bond action with the concrete. Our deck is manufactured from cold rolled Hot dip galvanized sheet as per ASTM A653 and galvanized as per G90 (275gm/m^2).
